This Healthy Living Programme uses the safe, natural technique of Hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming to assist you to lose weight without feeling or thinking you are depriving yourself of any pleasures.

10366001_781353661889258_2038045275267081318_n[1]Whilst diets and slimming pills will probably fail long term, this programme uses suggestion and hypnosis to bring about permanent changes in eating habits, thoughts about eating and weight control.  The power of hypnotherapy can change how you think about food and gives very safe, very predictable results.  The clinical hypnotherapy convinces the brain that the stomach is full after a certain level of intake and that there is no need for more food.

Because developing enough fitness motivation is an important component of healthy living, why not get your subconscious mind working on improving your enthusiasm for your exercise routine.  Hypnotherapy could help you to maintain your fitness motivation and instil a positive ‘let’s do it’ attitude to get you fit and healthy with routine gym attendance.  It could also help you deal with the negative barriers you are creating for yourself about why you “can’t” do it.  If you want to get fit and get exercising then hypnotherapy could help you find that added boost you need.  You already want to do it so now let’s get your subconscious to accept it! This Healthy Living Programme is conducted over a four week period. Three one-hour sessions are designed to bring about a positive change to your mind-set, to give you a set of ‘mind management tools’ that can help you change the way you think about food and exercise.

This is definitely not a diet or a short-term fix. You will develop lifetime habits for eating smaller amounts of food and dealing with cravings, establishing new patterns of eating and not only will you have a desire to exercise but be able to put it into practice easily and effectively.

By dealing with any emotional eating issues you regain control of yourself and learn that boredom, frustration, stress and any other feeling is no reason to eat, enabling you to lose that weight and keep it off!
