Everything we say or do starts with a thought and that thought can be either a positive thought or a negative thought.
When you feel bad you put negative bad thoughts in and your feelings are negative bad feelings. If you control your thinking, your original thoughts are going to be good ones. They are going to be positive, great thoughts and so you can create good feelings. You cannot have negative thoughts when you are feeling good, any more than the other way round. You cannot think bad thoughts and be positive, it doesn’t work that way.
We can only have one thought at a time, so let’s make it a good one!
As an individual, you become what you think about, most of the time. You become the sum total result of the ideas, information and impressions you feed into your mind, from the time you get up in the morning until you go to bed at night.
Everything counts but some impressions count more than others. The thoughts with which you flood your mind in the first hour of the morning, have a strong influence on how you think, feel and act for the rest of the day.
