We can all tend to rush through life sometimes without stopping to notice the world around us and what we don’t always realise is that by paying more attention to the present moment and observing our own thoughts, feelings and physical sensations (often termed mindfulness) we can improve our mental well-being.
A wide range of recent studies have cited the specific business benefits of mindfulness within organisations, including:

Mindfulness involves acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them, without believing for instance that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune in to what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than reliving the past.
I provide practical and interactive workshops for groups of employees, or give individual coaching where appropriate. Attendees will learn about positive thinking, the effects of stress on your body and mind and the art of relaxation.
I focus on positive thinking, using and teaching various techniques to develop personal skills that will allow ‘Your Best Performance’!
